Heading towards improved and secure site performance.
The COPAC Group is proud to unveil its new products, the new PTE Copass 130 and a range of accessories for the Copass 200.
They have been designed to combine innovation, the safety of construction sites and that of workers, while aligning with the standards of the French Standard NF P93-351 and the CRAMIF Recommendation R464.
Innovation and Safety: The Heart of Our Approach.
We want to simplify operations on construction sites while guaranteeing maximum protection for workers. We will present these innovations to you at the Intermat Paris 2024 trade show (April 24-27, Parc des Expositions Paris Villepinte, Stand 6 E 167).
A Response to Construction Challenges.
The Intermat Paris 2024 exhibition will be an opportunity for us to present these advances. Among them, the PTE Copass, our historic product, a benchmark on the construction market, to which we have made several additions to complement its possibilities of use and the good management of construction site situations in order to respond to new challenges:
- For façade corbelling work, the Copass 200 is equipped with a 130 version. The Copass 130 specially designed to meet the need for managing restricted spaces on site, by eliminating the need for decking to fill these spaces. The Copac Group design office will directly integrate this module into the building layout, thus allowing complete secure surroundings.

- For a completely safe installation for companions, Copac Groupe has developed a new accessory for the Copass 200, the half recovery foot, its use allows implementation from inside the building. The modular specificity of this product allows handling including elements weighing less than 25 kg, making it easier to handle the equipment.

- In a situation where it is not possible to use under-slab fasteners due to the construction site configuration with hanging above the slab, Copac has developed the flying slab fastener. Currently being tested in Île-de-France, it allows modules to be managed from above.

- Managing the stabilization of the formworks via certified recovery bars will guarantee even greater security when using our PTE, consolidating the safety of the Copass 200.

Towards a Sustainable and Secure Future.
The COPAC Group is committed to a sustainable future, seeking to reduce arduousness and improve safety at work, while respecting standards.
This commitment translates into particular attention to responsible innovation, capable of meeting today’s environmental and social requirements.
If these themes are important to you, we invite you to discover these innovations and to discuss with our teams on Stand 6E 167 of Intermat Paris 2024. We will be delighted to discuss the future of safety in construction.
“The future of construction is underway, and the COPAC Group is proud to build it with you. Let’s build safer, more efficient and more sustainable construction sitess”
