#2. Estimation and Preliminary Study
We provide quick, customized quotes tailored to your needs, based on a preliminary estimate, a preliminary study, or a simple technical discussion.
Our estimates are detailed, flexible, and adjustable, allowing for easy integration of any last-minute changes, options, or constraints. We adapt to the requirements of each project and provide personalized technical support throughout the design and cost estimation phases.

We validate the pre-production testing process with you:
- Finalization of drawings with your technical department.
- Preparation of calculation notes.
- Prototyping if needed.

From single-unit parts to mass-produced products, we provide custom steel fabrication, combining sheet metal work and mechanical welding.

#5. Quality Process Compliance and Quality Monitoring
We place the utmost importance on the quality and compliance of our products, and ensure rigorous monitoring at every stage.
Each project undergoes a “First Piece Good” inspection, supplemented by dimensional and visual checks (welds, appearance, part compliance), including for mass-produced items.
Our certified welders ensure high standards, and upon request, we can provide material certificates to certify product traceability.
Subject to the project specific requirements, we also prepare design calculations to guarantee the reliability and compliance of the equipment.
In the event of a deviation, a non-conformity tracking system is implemented to ensure a consistent standard of quality.
We are committed to provide a rigorous quality control process:
- Qualification of our welders according to ISO 9606-1
- standard Material traceability – Certificate upon request
- Galvanization according to ISO 1461:2009 standard – certificate upon request
- Quality control and product compliance at the end of production
- Provision of a product technical data sheet
- Creation of an instruction manual – upon request
#6. On-site delivery and support
We ensure the delivery of your equipment in collaboration with our partner carriers and freight forwarders, guaranteeing controlled lead times and highly responsive logistics.
Thanks to our organization, we adapt to your constraints and urgent needs with flexible and optimized delivery.
Our teams can also provide on-site support for installation, approval, commissioning, and validation of the equipment.

- Digitization of all delivery documents (photos of the load, Delivery Note)
- Provision of the Operating Procedure (for on-site product installation)
