CWP stands for Cantilever Work Platform
CWPs are one-piece work equipment that can be used to create a work floor at height. This work floor, which is usually used for laying, stabilizing, adjusting and using vertical and in some cases horizontal formwork elements, also allows the circulation of personnel, the bypassing of shear walls and the storage of tools, materials and accessories.

The name “COPASS200” is the contraction between COPAC and Passerelle. As for the “200”, this corresponds to the floor depth of this one.
Our preparation and delivery times depend on the current activity. It generally takes 3 to 4 weeks after receipt of your order form.
For all questions concerning the installation and assembly of our COPASS200, follow the tutorials on our Youtube channel:
Our walkway is intended primarily for reinforced concrete constructions.
The COPAC group provides you with site monitoring, throughout the cycle of your site. From your order to the end of the construction site, we follow you throughout these stages: order, 1/4h security, implementation, delivery, site monitoring, return, end of construction.
The responsibility for verifying the installation of the footbridge lies with the site. Before installing it, do not forget to read all the installation instructions in the instruction manual.
Our COPASS200 has 6 variable modules and 3 fixed modules, i.e. 9 modules in total. You will find the dimensions of these in #2 of our instruction manual.
The drilling diameter of a standard fastener is 32mm. Its side is 34cm under a 20cm slab.
Our COPASS200 has 2 extension legs which allow an extension of 1m35 maximum. Our buttons measure 1m37.
The admissible load being linked to the dimension of the gangway, it is necessary to refer to #2 of the instruction manual.
For formwork, the load recovery is 2,150 daN to 8,640 daN depending on the module. For storage, maximum load is 2000 daN
The maximum load is 2000 daN
The height of the fence on all of our COPASS200 is 1m38.
The depth of our COPASS200 is 2m. As for weight and height, it all depends on the module recommended on the site, it can range from 650kg to 1350kg for the weight and 2m35 to 3m72 for the height.
The fixed modules of our CWP cannot receive extensions. For our variable modules, the maximum number of extensions applicable on a gateway is 2.
As their names suggest, the COPASS200 has a depth of 2m. While the depth of the PTE175 is 1m75. The PTE175 is modular and these attachments take up 2T per attachment. The COPASS200 is monobloc and its attachments take up 4T per attachment.
Upon delivery of the footbridges, the documents provided to you are the plans, the instruction manual and the sheets for our footbridges.
The elements to be provided to our Design Office are the plans in DWG format as well as the markings of the facades to be equipped.
